Receptionist Opportunity!

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join their client's team in Aurora, Colorado. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service while managing front desk operations and supporting office functions. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to contribute to the smooth running of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and route incoming phone calls.
  • Assist customers with intake, including a small number of daily walk-in customers.
  • Perform data entry using accounting software (QuickBooks).
  • Receipt processing and scanning, which is a major component of this role:
    • Collect receipts received by mail or from technicians.
    • Scan and create digital copies.
    • Email and upload documentation into the accounting system.
  • Prepare and ship parts for returns using UPS and USPS.
  • Provide general office support and help keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

  • High school diploma required.
  • Experience in a small office setting preferred.
  • Experience working in or around a shop environment strongly preferred, such as:
    • Automotive
    • Construction
    • Equipment repair
  • Strong reliability and dependability.
  • Comfortable multitasking and staying busy throughout the day.
  • Able to remain calm and productive in a fast-paced, sometimes unpredictable environment.
  • Positive, upbeat attitude with strong communication skills.
  • Interest in learning, growing, and building longevity with the company.

Work Hours:

Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
